Prayer is simply talking with God. It is how we grow in our relationship with Him, share our joys and burdens, and seek His guidance in our lives. Through prayer, we express our trust in God, bring our needs and the needs of others before Him, and align our hearts with His purposes. Scripture encourages us to persevere in prayer, trusting that God hears us and works through our prayers in ways seen and unseen.

​We believe prayer is central to our life together as a church, and we offer several ways for you to receive prayer and to join with others in prayer.

Prayer Team

 

Members of our prayer team are available after our Sunday services. If you would value someone praying with you - for any reason at all - please feel free to come forward. Our team would be honoured to listen and pray with you in confidence and care.​

Prayer Box

 

If you would prefer to share a prayer request privately, you can write it down and place it in our prayer box. These requests are treated with sensitivity and are shared with our prayer team, who will faithfully pray for you and your situation.  You can find the prayer box at our Welcome Desk.

Monthly Prayer Focus​

 

Each month, we set aside a specific prayer focus to help us pray intentionally together as a church.  The monthly focus subject can be found on our Monthly Card.

Praying For Our Community

​

Each month, we also provide a list of local streets within our community. We encourage our congregation to pray regularly for the people living on those streets - that they would know God’s love, experience His peace, and come to faith in Jesus.​
