I Lift Up My Eyes To The Mountains ...

(Psalm 121 v 1-2)

I lift up my eyes to the mountains – where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord,  the Maker of heaven and earth.

When we look around at the world today and see the situations that we ourselves are experiencing., how easy it is to worry and let circumstances overwhelm us. Yet, as these verses remind us - whatever we are going through in life and whatever we may face, our help comes from the Maker of heaven and earth. How encouraging! How uplifting! That there is a God who loves and cares for us and who is mighty enough to help us in our time of need. May we lift up our eyes and our prayers to Him today.
